3.36.080: CONSTITUTIONALITY:

If any section, clause or phrase of this chapter or its originating legislation shall be declared unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this chapter shall continue in full force and effect. (Ord. 223A, 2012)
