3.08.400: ORDER OF TAX COMMISSION ON PETITION FOR REDETERMINATION; FINALITY OF ORDER:
The order or decision of the tax commission upon a petition for redetermination becomes final thirty (30) days after service upon the petitioner of notice thereof. (MC Ord. 39A §97, 1971)
