3.08.385: PETITION FOR REDETERMINATION; TIME TO FILE:

A. Any person against whom a determination is made, under sections 3.08.310 to 3.08.365, inclusive, of this chapter or any person directly interested, may petition for a redetermination within thirty (30) days after service upon the person of notice thereof.

B. If a petition for redetermination is not filed within the thirty (30) day period, the determination becomes final at the expiration of the period. (MC Ord. 39A §94, 1971)
