3.08.355: INTEREST ON AMOUNT OF DETERMINATION:
The amount of the determination, exclusive of penalties, shall bear interest at the rate of one-half of one percent (0.5%) per month, or fraction thereof, from the last day of the month following the quarterly period for which the amount, or any portion thereof, should have been returned until the date of payment. (MC Ord. 39A §88, 1971)
