3.08.330: PENALTY FOR FRAUD, INTENT TO EVADE:
If any part of the deficiency for which a deficiency determination is made due to fraud or an intent to evade this chapter or authorized rules and regulations, a penalty of twenty five percent (25%) of the amount of the determination shall be added thereto. (MC Ord. 39A, §83, 1971)
