3.08.220: WRITTEN CONTRACTS EXECUTED PRIOR TO JULY 1, 1971:
There are exempted from the taxes imposed by this chapter the gross receipts from the sale of, and the storage, use or other consumption in this county of, tangible personal property used for the performance of a written contract entered into prior to July 1, 1971. (MC Ord. 40A §4, 1971: MC Ord. 39A §61, 1971)
