At least ten (10) days' notice of the time and place of any public hearing held pursuant to sections 3.04.090 through 3.04.130 of this chapter shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the county. The notice shall require the name of the applicant, the description and roll number of the property being sought to be qualified for open space use assessment and any other information concerning the property (the reason open space use assessment is being sought).
