3.04.080: APPLICATION; REQUIREMENT OF ADDITION INFORMATION:
The Mineral County assessor shall not accept an application unless the application is signed by each owner of record or his representatives as specified in section 3.04.070 of this chapter. The assessor may require such additional information of the applicant as is necessary to evaluate his application. (MC Ord. 53A §4(1)(d), 1975)
