3.04.050: APPLICATION; PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS:
An application for open space use assessment shall be filed on or before the first Monday in October of any year with the Mineral County assessor. A new application to continue such assessment is required on or before the first Monday in October following any change in ownership or from approved open space use of any portion of the property. (MC Ord. 53A §4(1)(a), 1975)
