18.08.170: FRANCHISE GRANTED:
Sierra Pacific Power Company its successors and assigns, are hereby granted the said franchise, right, privilege, and permission hereinbefore set forth for the term of twenty five (25) years from and after April 18, 2002. (Ord. 176A § 17, 2002)
