18.08.150: VALIDITY:

If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, word, or other portion of this chapter is found to be illegal, said section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, word, or other portion will be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and the finding of illegality will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 176A § 15, 2002)
