18.08.130: TERMINATION OF JURISDICTION:
This franchise will cease to apply to any public road if and when Mineral County ceases to have jurisdiction over or ceases to be obligated to maintain said public road, but nothing in this section may be construed as obligating the franchisee to assume jurisdiction over or to maintain said public road. (Ord. 176A § 13, 2002)
