18.08.040: FRANCHISE FEE AND BUSINESS LICENSE:
Except as provided in section 18.08.100 of this chapter, franchisee is not required to pay any fee for purposes of this chapter. However, franchisee will obtain all necessary business licenses. (Ord. 176A § 4, 2002)
