No provisions of this title shall prohibit a temporary real estate office within a subdivision in agricultural and residential districts used for the purposes of selling lots in the subdivision and not for conduct of a general real estate office. Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the keeping of domestic animals and pets in any district which is not in violation of other ordinances. (MC Ord. 19A Art. 14 § E, 1965)
