16.02.110: AMENDMENTS:

For the purpose of providing for public health, safety, and general welfare, the planning commission may duly recommend to amend the provisions imposed by these subdivision regulations. Public hearings on all proposed amendments shall be held by the planning commission in the manner prescribed by law. (Ord. 209A, 2010)
