The planning commission shall authorize an appropriate agent to accept parcel maps, tentative subdivision maps, maps of division into large parcels, conveying them to the planning commission for their consideration and appropriate action. The planning commission is further empowered to authorize a surveyor and/or an engineer to review the technical requirements of a proposal at the expense of the applicant. (Ord. 209A, 2010)
