The areas of special flood hazard identified by the federal insurance administration in a scientific and engineering report entitled "The Flood Insurance Study For Mineral County", dated November 1, 1983, and all subsequent amendments or revisions to ensure no lapse in NFIP participation in the event of a new FIS and FIRM release, with an accompanying flood insurance rate map is adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. The flood insurance study is on file at the office of the county clerk, Mineral County Courthouse, Hawthorne, Nevada. (Ord. 213A, 2010)
