13.42.240: PRECEDENCE:
The user charge system herein shall take precedence over the terms or conditions of any agreements or contracts which the town is party to which are inconsistent with the requirements of the water quality act (as amended 1986) and the regulations of the U.S. EPA (40 CFR parts 35.2005โ€“35.2208).
