A. Each applicant for service shall pay a deposit in the amount required by the utilities department before the commencement of service.
B. Any amount due for sewer service that remains unpaid for twenty (20) days after receipt of a bill during the depositor's first year of service may be deducted from the deposit and service shall be subject to discontinuance until the deposit is again restored to the original amount. Any amount remaining unpaid after the first year of service, where the premises are owned by the depositor, may also be deducted from any remaining deposit. (TH Ord. 132A § 23, 1991)
