Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by imprisonment in the Mineral County jail for a term not to exceed six (6) months, or by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day a user is in violation of the provisions of this chapter may be deemed a separate offense. (TH Ord. 132A § 22, 1991)
