A customer, owner, occupant, or applicant must appeal the director's decision within ten (10) days from the date of said decision. Upon the timely receipt of an application or petition in writing appealing any decision made by the director or his representatives or agents in interpreting, applying or enforcing the provisions of this chapter, the board shall review said decision. In exercising its powers of review the board may reverse or affirm said decision in whole or in part, or may modify the decision. The board may also initiate a review of the director's interpretation of the provisions of this chapter by a motion and by a vote of a majority of the quorum or a majority of the members present if such number exceeds a quorum. In all cases, the decision of the board shall be final. (TH Ord. 132A § 21, 1991)
