13.42.070: RESTORATION OF SERVICE:

When sewer service has been discontinued as a result of noncompliance with this chapter, service shall not be restored to the affected premises until the director is satisfied that sufficient repairs have been made to conform to this chapter and water service has been restored to the premises. (TH Ord. 132A § 7, 1991)
