1.04.030: OFFENSES PUNISHABLE UNDER GENERAL PENALTY:
Offenses designated misdemeanors under any ordinance of Mineral County, or any unincorporated town therein, are punishable as class 1 misdemeanors unless expressly made punishable otherwise. (MC Ord. 57A § 3, 1978)
