1.04.020: ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS ARE MISDEMEANORS:
Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of any ordinance of Mineral County, or any unincorporated town therein, is guilty of a misdemeanor. (MC Ord. 57A § 2, 1978)
