12.20.030: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any violation of this chapter or any part thereof shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), or imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not less than thirty (30) days or more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (MC-UT Ord. 13 § 3, 1931)
