12.04.050: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) and not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or imprisonment in the county jail not less than five (5) days nor more than one hundred (100) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (MC-UT Ord. 20 § 5, 1930)
