12.04.040: APPEAL OF DECISION OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER:
Upon refusal of any county commissioner to grant a permit to disturb the surface of the highway, the applicant shall have the right of appeal to the board of county commissioners in regard thereto; and the decision of the board in that regard will be final. (MC-UT Ord. 20 § 4, 1930)
