11.08.100: RECORDATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT:
The Mineral County clerk, shall within ten (10) working days after the day of the approval of an agreement entered into pursuant to this section cause to be recorded with the Mineral County recorder. Upon recordation, the agreement binds all parties and their successors in interest and is a covenant running with land for the duration of the agreement. (MC Ord. 193A § 10, 2007)
