11.08.010: AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS:

Pursuant to the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes 278.0201, the board of commissioners of Mineral County is authorized, upon proper application being made, to enter into an agreement with any person having a legal or equitable interest in real property located in Mineral County, concerning and regarding the development of that real property. (MC Ord. 193A § 1, 2007)
