A. Paved Roads: Mineral County authorizes the use of paved county roads for the use of OHVs for the sole purpose of driving to private or public areas that are open for use by off highway vehicles. OHVs may not be used for general transportation within the townships of Mineral County.
B. Unpaved Roads: Mineral County authorizes the use of unpaved county roads with a speed limit of thirty five (35) miles per hour or less within the unincorporated areas of Mineral County for the operation and use of OHVs. (Ord. 237A, 2016)
