9.16.020: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
It is unlawful for any person to sell, give or otherwise furnish an alcoholic beverage to any person under twenty one (21) years of age, except as provided in section 9.16.010 of this chapter. (MC Ord. 120A § 2, 1989)
