9.12.020: POSSESSION OR TRANSFER FOR UNLAWFUL PURPOSE PROHIBITED:
No person shall for the purpose of violating or aiding another to violate any provisions of this chapter intentionally possess, buy, sell, transfer possession, or receive possession of any substances herein prohibited. (MC Ord. 29A § 2, 1968)
