8.48.050: INCREASE OR DECREASE IN FEES:
The fees set in sections 8.48.030 and 8.48.040 of this chapter for personal identification cards, and for duplicates thereof, may be increased or decreased following the enactment of this chapter by resolution of the board of Mineral County commissioners, unanimously adopted. (MC Ord. 36A § 5, 1970)
