The personal identification cards issued as set forth in section 8.48.010 of this chapter, shall bear a photograph and full description of the person applying for the card. The signature of the applicant must also be affixed to the card, and upon receipt of the card the applicant must sign his own personal identification card in the presence of the issuing officer, prior to leaving the premises of the sheriff's office.
