8.44.100: ENFORCEMENT:
The county health officer and the sheriff and his deputies shall be charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter and shall report to the district attorney any violations thereof, after the usual notice has been given to the owner, agent, or tenant. (MC-UT Ord. 13 § 10, 1926)
