It is unlawful for any cook, waitress, including cocktail waitresses, butchers, butcher helpers, bakers, fountain girls, dishwashers, or bartenders, or any person serving in any such capacity, in Hawthorne, to handle, serve, or dispense food or beverages to the general public in the course of business unless such person or persons have a health certificate from a doctor of medicine declaring such person or persons free from contagious or infectious disease.
