A. Any place of business within Mineral County which engages in more than one type of business for which separate collection rates are charged shall pay a separate collection rate for each such business in which it engages.
B. Collection rates for businesses using contracted service by an authorized refuse collector in Mineral County will be set by the authorized refuse collector, or its authorized agent for specific areas. (Ord. 239A, 2017)
