A. No owner or manager of a place of business in Mineral County may permit garbage, trash or other refuse to accumulate at such place of business for more than seven (7) days, except Sundays or holidays, or for a period of time so as to become foul or offensive or injurious or dangerous to health or welfare.
B. No person in Mineral County, other than the owner or manager of a place of business, may permit garbage, trash or other refuse to accumulate at his household or other real property for a period exceeding one week or for a period of time so as to become foul or offensive or injurious or dangerous to health or welfare.
