8.04.210: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

It is unlawful for any person to violate any provision or to fail to comply with any requirement of this chapter. Any person so doing shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during which any portion or part of this chapter is violated. (MC Ord. 20A § 11(1), 1965)
