8.04.120: WASTE AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL:
Sewage and waste from all sources shall be discharged into a public sewer or approved septic tank in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the health department and in such a manner as will present no health hazards. (MC Ord. 20A § 6(4), 1965)
