8.04.110: MAINTENANCE OF GROUNDS:
All service buildings and the ground of the trailer park shall be maintained in a clean, sightly condition and kept free of any condition that will constitute a menace to the occupants or general public. (MC Ord. 20A § 6(3), 1965)
