7.20.020: DRINKING PROHIBITED WHERE:

No person shall drink intoxicating liquor within the town limits of the unincorporated town of Hawthorne, except in a dwelling, or in a place of business licensed for the sale of intoxicating liquors for consumption on the premises. (LB Ord. dated 12-6-1944 § 2)
