7.20.010: DEFINITION:
As used in this chapter, "intoxicating liquor" means and includes any and all distilled or rectified spirits, potable alcohol, brandy, whiskey, rum, gin, aromatic bitters, beer, wine and every liquid or solid containing alcohol capable of being consumed by a human being.
