Every action or proceeding brought for violation of any ordinance of the county liquor board, enacted for the use and benefit of the inhabitants of the county, and of inmates and patients of the county hospital, shall be brought and prosecuted in the name of the board of county commissioners of Mineral County, Nevada, and shall be brought, maintained and prosecuted by the district attorney of the county and state.
