The Board shall adopt a schedule of fees for the provision of medical assistance provided by the department directly to residents within the district. Such schedule shall not charge any fee to a person who qualifies as a medical indigent pursuant to NRS 428. Such schedule shall become effective upon ratification by the governing body of each county, city, or town that is a member of the district. (Ord. 263A, 11-28-2022)
