Every business licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall be conducted in a peaceable and orderly manner, and if any licensee permits at his place of business any disorderly conduct, or violates any state or national law or ordinance, or if his business is conducted in a manner offensive to the peace of the neighborhood, or if there exists reasonable grounds for believing any licensee has or is doing any act or thing contrary to any state or national law or ordinance, his license may be revoked as provided under this chapter.
