6.32.020: AUTHORIZATION TO ABATE NUISANCE:
The sheriff of Mineral County is authorized and instructed to abate such nuisances and shall take possession of the animal as provided in Nevada Revised Statutes chapter 574. (MC Ord. 136A § 2, 1992)
