A. Animals At Large: The running at large of cattle, horses, pigs, mules, or goats within Mina, Mineral County, Nevada, is prohibited. Any person who owns or has under his care or management any such animals and permits them, or any of them, to run at large within the boundaries of the town of Mina shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
B. Violation; Penalty: A court, finding that a violation of subsection A of this section has occurred, shall determine the amount of damages caused by the violation, if any, and shall, as a part of any sentence, order restitution be paid to the person damaged. (TM Ord. 183A § 1, 2004)
