6.04.340: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   A.   Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is a misdemeanor.
   B.   Failure to do any act required to be done by the provisions of this chapter is a misdemeanor. (MC Ord. 102A § 2, 1986)
