6.04.300: ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER; VACANCY:
If at any time there should be a vacancy in the position of animal control officer, the duties of the animal control officer shall be forthwith performed by the sheriff of Mineral County or his designate until such time as an animal control officer is appointed. (MC Ord. 102A § 2, 1986)
